Position Summary
Owns the guest experience from greeting through payment, executing structured steps of service with confidence and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute full steps of service with accuracy and pace.
- Guide guests through food and beverage menus.
- Coordinate with support staff to maintain service flow.
- Ensure accurate order entry and payment processing.
- Maintain organized work ares during peak periods.
Standards & Accountability
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
- Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
- Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently.
Qualifications
- Full-service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
