We are a Taiwanese restaurant deeply rooted in tradition and craftsmanship. Our specialty, Xiao Long Bao —meaning "little dumpling in a basket"—dates back over 1,000 years to China's Song Dynasty. This iconic steamed dumpling, cooked traditionally in bamboo baskets, has been perfected over centuries by different regions of China and is now lovingly crafted in our kitchens to offer an unparalleled authentic experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service and maintain a calm, positive demeanor at all times
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
• Educate and engage guests about ramen, our menu, and the Kizuki brand
• Perform basic bar duties, including pouring beer, wine, sake, and other beverages
• Follow all operational policies and procedures
• Arrive punctually and maintain reliable attendance
• Support teammates and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, customer service, or related field
• Strong verbal communication skills and guest-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay alert in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a valid Food Handler's Permit
• Alcohol serving license preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be 18 years of age or older
