What You'll Do As a Support team member at Batbox, you'll be right in the middle of the action. You'll team up with Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts to reset tables, run food and drinks, keep things clean and stocked, and make sure the energy stays high and the vibes stay legendary. Here are some of your job duties:
Keep things moving - deliver food and drinks quickly, resetting tables, and prepping the space for the next round of guests or players
Support your teammates by restocking server stations, bus stands, and keeping shared areas clean
Anticipate guest needs - clearing dishes, refilling beverages, and lending a hand wherever needed
Follow tray and garnish procedures to make sure orders are delivered right and looking great
Jump in on event setups and help with open/close duties
What We're Looking For

Stay organized and manage time like a pro, even when the floor gets wild
Take pride in keeping things clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn (bonus if you've worked front-of-house before!)
You are at least 18 years old
What to Expect This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:
Supports are ‘Tipped Team Members' who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. If your average hourly rate during a shift is below the standard minimum wage when tips are added, we will make up the difference. The tip pool is calculated on a shift basis.
Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue
Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
Frequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift
Read and write handwritten notes
