Job Summary:
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner • Take food and beverage orders accurately • Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner • Assist with menu recommendations and special requests • Keep tables clean and tidy throughout the guests visit • Process payments and handle cash transactions • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds • Stand and walk for extended periods of time • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach repeatedly
