Server - Spring and Main

Overview:For this position, we are seeking friendly and upbeat individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver a quality customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers
• Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient service
• Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Accurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order
• Assist with pre-bussingtables in assigned section, greetingguests, and delivering food.
• Cleanassigned section per restaurant protocols
• Provide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifyingsigns of intoxication
• Manage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactions
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations
• Effectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Previousserving experience a plus
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
• Basic computer literacy and math skills
• Must be 19+ to apply
