The Oyster Bar Server provides friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests at the bar and surrounding tables.
They greet guests, take orders, and maintain knowledge of menu items, beer, and wine. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, organizing stations, and completing side work as directed.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, at least one year of related experience or six months in the Beverage Department, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Effective communication, bartending skills, and training in responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and licensing are required. Availability for irregular hours and travel for training is necessary.
