Responsibilities
Greet and escort guests to their tables
Present menus and help customers select food and beverages
Take and serve food/drinks orders promptly
Ensure the accuracy of orders by liaising with the kitchen and bar staff
Deliver checks and accept payment
Remove dirty dishes and utensils, sanitize tables, and replenish utensils if necessary
Provide exceptional customer service and address guests' inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
Perform opening and closing responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Attention to detail in taking and delivering orders accurately
Attention to detail in providing exceptional customer service
Attention to detail in keeping the dining area clean and organized
Attention to detail in processing payments correctly
Attention to detail in collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy
Requirements
Previous experience as a Server with at least one year in full service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the needs of a dynamic work environment
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
Ability to handle cash transactions
High school diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail in understanding and executing customers' orders accurately
Attention to detail in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and orderliness
Attention to detail in providing prompt and efficient service
Attention to detail in ensuring payment accuracy
Attention to detail in collaborating effectively with team members
