Server - Ninfa's Uptown

Position Summary
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Servers are key ambassadors of the restaurant’s brand and hospitality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS system

• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas

• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth service

• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Food Handler and TABC certification required or ability to obtain after hire

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Lift up to 30 lbs

• Work in a fast-paced environment
