We are looking to add Servers to our team
A Restaurant Server in an upscale resort restaurant is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests. The server greets guests, presents menus, explains food and beverage offerings, takes orders accurately, and ensures meals are served efficiently and to the highest standards. They maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials while anticipating guest needs to create a memorable luxury dining experience.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. Servers work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service, resolve guest concerns promptly, and uphold the resort's standards for quality, elegance, and guest satisfaction.
