We are currently seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic Servers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items and daily specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Process cash and credit card payments accurately
• Maintain clean dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties
• Refill beverages and anticipate guest needs
• Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to provide exceptional service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies

Qualifications

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food Handler Permit and alcohol service certification (if required by state law) or ability to obtain

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Carry trays, plates, and beverages weighing up to 30 pounds
• Frequently bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
