• Greeting — Every table greeted within 60 seconds — no exceptions
• Accuracy — Repeat every order back before walking away
• Speed — Food hits the table hot and on time every time
• Upsell — Know the menu, suggest add-ons, grow the check
• Team — Help your section and teammates — no lone wolves

Do This (Daily)

3. Confirm — Repeat orders back and check in 2 minutes after food arrives
4. Upsell — Pitch one add-on to every single table
