The Cavalier Resort is hiring Servers to join multiple restaurants and dining venues across the resort. Opportunities are available in fine dining, rooftop dining, casual beachfront restaurants, and fast-paced service environments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, fast-paced service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Servers may work in one or more of the following venues:
Provide attentive and friendly service to resort guests and visitors. Take food and beverage orders and make menu recommendations. Deliver drinks, meals, and desserts while ensuring quality and presentation. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain clean dining areas and complete side work. Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest.
Restaurant server, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Friendly personality with strong guest service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Comfortable carrying trays and standing for extended periods. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must meet Virginia requirements for alcohol service.
