Responsibilities:
- Create a memorable dining experience by exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service including checking IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and store to Health, Safety and Hygiene standards at all times
- Show complete awareness of all the drink and food menus and readiness to explain and recommend food and drink contents.
- Perfect knowledge of POS in place...Toast
- Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff.
- Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality.
- Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
- A warm and friendly personality, attentive and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and still smile!
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant.
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+3 years of previous experience in customer service, food and beverage
- Knowledge for sports
- A Team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Accountable and resilient
