Server/Cashier (New Orleans)

Empanola is looking for enthusiastic, extroverted and friendly people for our team.

Main Tasks:

Responsibilities:
• Serve food and beverages to costumers
• Report in timely manner for shift, according to company dress code.
• Function as the "face" of the restaurant, engaging clientele and making their experience pleasant.
• Explain to guests about menu items
• Clean and prepare the dining areas
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Experience handling cash.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
