Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences by taking accurate orders, explaining menu details, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment.
- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, share daily specials, and anticipate dining needs.
- Order Management: Explain ingredients, check food allergies, take precise orders, and input them into the POS system.
- Food Delivery: Coordinate with the kitchen to serve orders simultaneously, efficiently, and with appealing presentation.
- Table Maintenance: Conduct satisfaction checks, replenish drinks, clear dishes, and reset tables promptly.
- Payment Processing: Present bills and process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Teamwork & Compliance: Attend pre-shift meetings, support teammates during rushes, and strictly follow safety, health, and Colorado Limited Gaming Act regulations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of recent serving experience in a reputable establishment preferred.
- Skills: Strong multitasking, friendly communication, time management, and basic math for handling payments.
- Reliability: Punctual, consistent attendance and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including routine evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
- Stamina & Mobility: Ability to stand and walk briskly for an entire shift, navigate stairs, bend, and crouch.
- Lifting: Capability to carry loaded food/drink trays and lift up to 50 pounds of restaurant supplies.
Environment: Comfort working safely in tight spaces and on potentially slippery kitchen floors
