Position Summary: A Bakery Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient customer service while assisting guests with selecting bakery items, beverages, and prepared foods. This role involves greeting customers, explaining products, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring the display cases and service areas remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Bakery servers help create a welcoming atmosphere by delivering fast, attentive service and maintaining knowledge of the bakery’s menu, ingredients, and daily specials. They also assist with packaging products, preparing basic drinks such as coffee, and supporting the team to keep operations running smoothly.
