Position Summary:
The Country Club of Louisiana is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Servers to join our dining team. Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests in a refined, hospitality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to members and guests
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset according to club standards
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth dining operations
Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (country club or fine dining experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
