Key Accountabilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ensure each guest receives consistent services and products
- Sell and serve food and beverage to guests in the Clubs dining outlets
- Execute all duties as requested by immediate supervisors
- Understand and perform basic table service
- Responsible for ongoing food, wine and service education provided by management
General Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years
- Must have 2 - 4 years of bartending experience
- Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service Certification Required
- Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
- Prior experience in food and beverage
- Ability to multitask and have great communication skills
