Position Overview
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by ensuring the dining room runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests while assisting servers with service needs.
Key Responsibilities
Reset and prepare tables quickly and accurately for incoming guests
Deliver water, menus and supporting food items to tables
Assist servers with food running and table maintenance
Clear and clean tables, plates, glassware, and utensils promptly
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs when appropriate
Stock service stations with necessary supplies
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- Server assistant positions available for both daytime and evening shifts.
- Must be available on weekends and holidays.
