Position: Server Assistant
Location: Panama City Beach, FL
Pay: Hourly | Paid bi-weekly on Fridays

Ahoy Matey! Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is looking for energetic and reliable Server Assistants to help keep the dinner service running smoothly during our high-energy live show experience.

️ Prep the Battlefield (Dinner Service!)
Assist servers with setting up for dinner service
Help ensure sections are fully prepared before guests arrive
Be the Link in the Chain
Communicate between kitchen staff and arena servers
Ensure correct food quantities are prepared and delivered to the right sections
Keep Food Safety Shipshape
Follow sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination
Monitor food handling and ensure proper food safety standards
️ Support Quality & Timing
Help ensure food equipment is operating at proper temperatures
Assist in keeping service running smoothly and on schedule
️ Watch for Guest Safety Needs
Understand food allergies and available menu options
Stay vigilant when assisting guests with dietary restrictions
Clean & Reset
Assist in clearing tables and removing dishware after service
Transport dishes to the appropriate kitchen areas
Cross-Training Opportunities
May assist in beverage attendant duties and serving support as needed
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, especially with food safety and allergies
Willingness to jump in wherever needed
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must obtain a valid Florida Alcohol Server Certificate
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Continuous walking (including stairs)
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing
Frequent lifting and carrying trays with food, beverages, and dishes
Frequent pushing and pulling of racks (full or empty)
