Server Assistant - Essential Functions
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout each shift
- Set, clear, and reset tables according to restaurant standards
- Refill water, clear plates, and assist with table maintenance during service
- Assist with food running and support overall dining room operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Anticipate guest and team needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Hotel experience is not required - a fun, welcoming personality is a must
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and guest service mindset
- Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to high service standards; Forbes standards knowledge is a plus
Compensation:
$10.00 per hour plus gratuity
