Main Activities:
The SLQM endeavors have direct impacts on the performance of the quality objectives (failure rate, guaranteed cost, warranty failures, NCBS survey, etc.) with rapidly visible consequences for Stellantis and its partners (QUAL/EQCF QUAL/region, PUR/SQD, Plants Quality, PDT/ Cross Car Line Project Engineering).
Function Environment:
The quality objectives are defined on a multi-year cycle (5 years). The quality convergence plan is built to meet these objectives. It is reinforced by the reactivity process whose objective is to circumscribe incidents as soon as possible by curative handling. All product quality and process changes are staked through the Project Change Management Process. In regard to partners, the SLQM is the entry point for quality topics and commits Stellantis works to meet their expectations.
