Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities

Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements

Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance

Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications

Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards

Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus

The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

• Hands-on expertise in Workato (recipes, connectors, SDK, event-driven flows).
• Deep understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, webhooks, data transformations).
• Experience in leading teams and managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and business users.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
