Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems associated with offshore wind turbines and offshore substations
Support senior technicians during troubleshooting, switching support, and corrective maintenance activities
Support offshore vessel operations and daily offshore work coordination activities as required
Maintain company-issued tools, equipment, PPE, and offshore work areas
Support continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and reliability initiatives
Identify safety concerns and escalate technical or operational risks promptly
Meet offshore rotation schedules, attendance requirements, offshore travel requirements, and fitness-for-duty standards
Live and work offshore onboard vessels during assigned offshore rotations
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by offshore maintenance leadership
Average Salary: $22 - $66/hour

At least 6 years of experience with wind turbines
Expertise with Troubleshooting Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic systems
Experience reading schematics, interpreting and figuring out action points
Familiar with SCADA, control operations full diagnostics
Able to communicate clearly, strong usage of emotional intelligence
Focus on taking initiative and adaptability when facing daily challenges
