Position Description
The Senior Wellness Manager supports Applied Medical team members with developing, implementing, coordinating and managing company wellness programs and initiatives dedicated to making a meaningful, positive difference to our team members. This role requires on-site attendance to support team members across the organization.

Position Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Nutrition or other similar filed.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated expertise in the health and wellness industry, with knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and a hands-on background in customer service and relationship-building.
Strong cross-functional collaborator who leads by example and maintains the highest standards of professionalism.
Visionary, people-focused leader with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to inspire, influence, and develop high-performing, collaborative teams.
Technologically proficient, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
Brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in all situations.
May need to work weekends, evenings and travel as required.
Must be flexible and willing to learn other duties as required.
