Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead net-new revenue growth and enterprise deal execution for a B2B SaaS organization. The Senior Vice President of Sales role is ideal for a proven sales executive with deep experience closing complex deals, building high-performing sales teams, and driving predictable new business revenue at scale.

Responsibilities of the Senior Vice President of Sales:

  • Own and lead the net-new business sales strategy, driving revenue growth across target markets and customer segments.
  • Personally engage in and close complex, high-value B2B SaaS deals, serving as an executive presence in the sales cycle.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on hunting and closing new logo opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Solutions, and Customer teams to align pipeline generation, deal execution, and handoff.
  • Establish and manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics to ensure consistent results.
  • Coach and develop sales leaders and individual contributors to exceed revenue targets.
  • Refine go-to-market strategy, territory planning, and sales methodologies to optimize win rates and sales velocity.
  • Represent the sales organization at executive leadership discussions and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications of the Senior Vice President of Sales:

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on net-new business and closing complex deals.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-growth sales organizations and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to close enterprise-level opportunities and influence C-level decision makers.
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of modern SaaS sales motions, metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Compensation for the Senior Vice President of Sales includes:

  • Salary range: $230,000 - $250,000 with a 50/50 base-to-variable compensation split
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel
