Compensation The expected salary for this role is $160,000-200,000 annually, and may vary based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, Tier One offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) with a 3% Safe Harbor contribution; generous paid time off; hybrid work flexibility; and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
