The ideal candidate has 10+ years in fundraising or revenue roles, strong relationship-building skills, demonstrated success in major gift solicitation, and strategic thinking. A Bachelor's degree is required, with experience in nonprofit or mission-driven environments preferred. The role involves some evening and weekend work and may be performed remotely during inclement weather.
