SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President of Construction will oversee the planning, management, and execution of solar and ESS construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, budget, and schedule. The Senior Vice President of Construction is expectedto draw upon foundational construction and engineering background to lead the successful build out of utilityscale ground mount PV and ESS power plants.The Senior Vice President of Construction will also build and mentorproject management and construction execution teams as well as partner withpeersacross Operationsand the organization.This position reports to theChief Operations Officer, or another management personnel the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is In-Officelocated inHouston, TXoffice and workinghoursare Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time and isexpectedtotravelupto50%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the internal projectmanagementteamswithnolessthantenteammembers, through establishing departmental techniques, guidelines, formats and systems, for the design and successfulbuild out of solar PV solutions in theAmericas, whichincludes USA, Canada, and LatinAmerica;
- Continuouslymeasure and improveoperational excellence, adapt and replicatebestindustrypracticesacrossbusinessunitstocreatehighlycompetitive EPC organization
- Be accountabletodevelop and successfullyexecute on costreductionprogramsthroughvalueengineeringevaluations, optimizationofprojectexecution, people, processes, and technologies;
- Cooperationwith Engineering, Preconstruction, and Construction teamstoimprovedesign efficiency in terms of cost reduction through value engineering and to resolve technical issues on site;
- Working with Procurement team and process, while working closely with counterparts in other geographical regions to develop synergies and standardize components;
- Provide construction expertise and insight to accurately gauge project potential and highlight keyriskareas;
- Participate in interviews and interview preparationsfornegotiatedbids;
- Prepare and submit contract documents for legal and risk reviews
- Manage day-to-day operations through an effective action-oriented approach, provide executive level mentorship and leadership· to employees within the Project
- Management team; Provideweeklyupdates and summaryreportsofkeyissues and projectstatustotop management in Korea; and
- Regular attendance, in accordancewithcompany'sattendancepolicy and supervisoryassignment, is an essential jobdutyrequirementforthisposition

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another related field is preferred
- Graduate degree in engineering or another related field is highly preferred
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in engineering or construction
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in solar development
- Extensive track record of successfully designing and building large scale solar power plants preferably in the Americas, and a demonstrated track record of delivering results
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of all phases of the renewables power plant development, including engineering, procurement, and construction and project management
- Experience working with project developers and understanding of the RFP process
- Have insight to highlight key risk factors and provide and deliver best EPC cost estimates
- Solid experience with current solar EPC tools and processes, and remain current on best practices and trends in the industry
- Demonstrated track record of initiating programs that lead to significant cost reduction and/or performance improvement
- Understanding of solar module manufacturing and O&M experience is a plus
- Ability to manage and lead large technical organizations, including significant experience managing numerous suppliers and contractors
- Previous experience in managing a team of 10+ Project Managers on numerous projects
- Capability to interact with leadership cross-culturally, both within and outside theorganization
- Have both long-term strategic perspective and near-term action orientation, strong desire to continuously improve and push limits
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with high degree of professionalism in which one conducts self
- at all times

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, communicate effectively, and perform standard office-based activities; additionally, during project-based site visits, the role may require navigating active construction environments, including uneven terrain, elevated structures, confined spaces, variable weather conditions, exposure to noise, equipment, and other environmental factors consistent with industrial job sites.
