- Develop and manage client relationships, provide expert brokerage and consulting on complex casualty accounts within the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Act as a trusted advisor, analyze exposures, and design tailored insurance solutions.
- Facilitate market submissions, review quotes, and ensure appropriate coverage.
- Build and grow client portfolios, leveraging deep market knowledge and carrier relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, uphold professionalism, and adhere to ethical standards.
Requirements include: 10+ years of construction insurance experience, brokerage expertise, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in industry systems, and relevant licenses.
