The Senior Vice President (SVPCM) provides operations and execution expertise to ensure that CCMCs community management services align with and contribute to CCMCs vision. The SVPCM is responsible for client satisfaction and retention, the advancement of CCMCs community management services, and pre-development consulting services within their market. The SVPCM also collaborates with the Regional President (RP) to identify and secure business development opportunities within their market.

QUALIFICATIONS
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
