Why join Stahls' Fulfill Engine?
We are a dynamic, growing team dedicated to providing innovative solutions through our international cloud-based SaaS application, Fulfill Engine. As we continue to scale and expand our platform, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge web application, while ensuring it operates smoothly for our users.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior UX Designer to join our Product team as our first dedicated UX hire. In this role, you will own the end-to-end user experience across key product areas, shaping how sellers, decorators, partners, and internal teams interact with Fulfill Engine.
You will operate as a highly autonomous generalist — leading user research and customer interviews, defining information architecture, establishing design patterns, optimizing workflows, building wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering to bring intuitive, scalable solutions to life.
This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, and wants to help define the UX foundation of a growing B2B SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the UX strategy and execution across major product initiatives, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis to deeply understand seller, decorator, partner, and internal user needs.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment to shape problem statements, ideate and iterate on user-centered solutions, and measure success.
- Design and evolve scalable systems including navigation structures and information architecture.
- Prototype rapidly using Figma or other modern prototyping tools to validate concepts early with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Improve complex workflows by simplifying interactions and reducing friction.
- Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership, grounding decisions in research and user data.
- Establish UX best practices, documentation standards, and design system foundations for long-term scale.
- Contribute to building a strong design culture, with willingness to lead or mentor future UX Designers as the team grows.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, marketplace, or platform products.
- Proven ability to operate as a UX generalist — comfortable leading research, defining flows, designing systems, and prototyping solutions.
- Strong experience conducting user interviews and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design decisions.
- Expertise in Figma and other modern design tools; ability to create interactive prototypes that closely simulate real product experiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering within Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design for complex workflows such as inventory systems or multi-sided platforms.
- Experience contributing to or building design systems including reusable patterns and components.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design tradeoffs clearly.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Growth-oriented with leadership potential and interest in shaping future UX strategy and team development.
If you're a passionate, self-motivated UX Designer who thrives on solving complex challenges, we'd love to hear from you! Apply today and join our mission to revolutionize the SaaS industry.
