Senior Utility Customer Service Specialist

Energize Your Career with Us! The Roseville Utility Billing Department is in search of a detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will tackle problem-solving challenges, lead initiatives, conduct software testing, and troubleshoot various issues.

We seek a candidate who excels at providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting our Customer Care teams, delivering training, resolving complex Utility Billing issues, and contributing to the design and documentation of process and policy enhancements.
