To acquire the advantage, Zolon is seeking a qualified Senior UEM Engineer. The Senior Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer specializes in the design, administration, security, optimization, and lifecycle management of the enterprise UEM environment. This position manages the Workspace ONE environment to deliver secure endpoint management, mobile application management (MAM), mobile device management (MDM), identity integration, compliance enforcement, and enterprise mobility services across iOS, iPadOS, and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for enterprise mobile devices by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, security, configuration, and connectivity issues through the enterprise ticketing system, telephone, email, and other approved support channels.
Coordinate and support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mobile hardware, software, and devices for internal staff, remote employees, vendors, and contractors.
Develop and maintain IT procedures to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, standardize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform configuration management activities, including maintaining configuration baselines, controlling changes, ensuring configuration integrity, and developing supporting technical documentation.
Communicate technical concepts, project updates, and operational issues clearly through written and verbal communications to executive leadership, stakeholders, technical teams, and non-technical users.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience in Mobile Device Management.
Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience administering Workspace ONE UEM in an enterprise environment, including device enrollment, configuration management, application deployment, compliance policy administration, endpoint security, and device lifecycle management.
Demonstrated experience administering Windows Server environments, including vulnerability remediation, security patch management, operating system updates, system hardening, and ongoing maintenance to ensure the security, stability, and compliance of enterprise infrastructure.
Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Windows Server 2019 or later in an enterprise production environment.

Must sign the House Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing work or receiving House Information access.
Must complete House Information Security (HISPOL/HISPUB) orientation and annual Workplace Rights / harassment-and-discrimination-prevention training.
House ID badge required based on onsite presence, House network access, and COR determination.
