Job Title: Turnover Package Lead (BSS / TCCC)
Location: Lebanon, IN (Onsite 5 days/week) Employment Type: Contract (W2) Duration: 12 months (Potential extension up to 3 years) Start Date: ASAP Salary / Pay Rate: $ 70-80/hr About the Role:The Turnover Package Lead (BSS / TCCC) is responsible for end-to-end ownership of system turnover within a large-scale pharmaceutical capital project. This role acts as the final authority for turnover package approval, ensuring proper care, custody, control, and documentation throughout all project phases-from construction through commissioning and final handover.
This position requires a high-level, cross-functional perspective with strong oversight of documentation processes, ensuring all turnover packages are complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage system turnover packages with full ownership of care, custody, and control
Serve as the final signatory for turnover approvals post EPC testing, Mechanical Completion (MC), and commissioning
Track and coordinate turnover readiness across HVAC, electrical, structural, and building systems
Maintain a complete, defensible, and audit-ready documentation trail from construction through final turnover
Ensure compliance with GMP standards, project requirements, and owner expectations
Participate in coordination, readiness, and review meetings with EPC, construction, commissioning, and owner teams
Oversee documentation generation, review, compilation, and handover processes
Support both greenfield and brownfield project environments
Extensive experience in system turnover for large pharmaceutical capital projects
Strong expertise in BSS and TCCC turnover methodologies
Proven experience working with EPC firms across testing, MC, and commissioning phases
Demonstrated authority in turnover approval with signatory responsibility
Strong documentation control and audit compliance experience
Ability to operate at a senior, cross-functional level with broad technical oversight
Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required
Experience with large, complex pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
Exposure to high-volume, multi-system turnover environments
Experience in greenfield and/or brownfield project execution
Prior experience with Big Pharma organizations
