Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney - RibbitZ

Our client RibbitZ is looking for Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Atorney.

Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 base + 10–20% incentive

Position Summary
This Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney role focuses on high-stakes financial elder abuse cases and complex trust disputes. The successful candidate will manage litigation matters, supervise associates, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial elder abuse litigation
  
• Handle complex trust and probate disputes
  
• Manage fiduciary litigation including fraud, undue influence, and breach of duty
  
• Supervise and mentor associates
  
• Build and maintain client relationships
  
• Contribute to practice development and business growth
  

Requirements

• JD from accredited law school
  
• Active California Bar membership
  
• 8+ years Trust & Estate litigation experience
  
• Partial portable book of business preferred
  
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
  
• Reputation for integrity and professionalism

Work Location Flexible office options: San Jose, Pleasanton, or San Mateo. Candidates ideally have or are building a practice in South Bay or East Bay. Travel between offices may be required.
