This role supports the Global Banking Infrastructure team by ensuring adherence to policies and controls, as well as regulatory compliance, across all bank relationships. The ideal candidate is an experienced senior treasury manager with a growth mindset and a skilled commitment to learning, simplification, and standardization. Success in this role requires change management skills and agile execution, along with the ability to lean in and help deploy best-in-class solutions for the function and the team. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of standardizing treasury processes and proficient project management and communication skills. This high-impact position offers the opportunity to stretch your skills, collaborate with and influence stakeholders across Finance, and see your ideas shape Microsoft's overall business. **Responsibilities** + Support and maintain banking infrastructure management and company cash flows through the account review process; flag issues or potential risk and identify appropriate bank account management solutions. + Maintain systems/tools and process for bank account management & ensure compliance with internal controls & policies as well as regulatory requirements. + Ensure timely addition, deletion, and changes to bank accounts. Partner with legal team and peers in cash management / operations teams to ensure internal controls work as designed. + Maintain daily oversight over BPO supported activity related to bank account management. + Support bank account strategy to drive efficiency and mitigate risks + Lead and project manage a wide range of internal and cross organizational projects, engaging appropriate stakeholders and helping the team to hit key milestones. + Partner with external banking partners to manage structural simplification, cleaner reporting, and consolidation efforts. + Support venture integration and acquisition workstream, using project management skills **Qualifications** **Required/minimum qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 5+ years experience with background in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting OR equivalent experience. **Additional or preferred qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 8+ years experience with background in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Science in Finance (MSF) AND 5+ years experience with background in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting OR equivalent experience. + Professional Treasury Certification (e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst [CFA], Certified Treasury Professional [CTP], Financial Risk Manager [FRM]). + Proven understanding of bank account structures, security administration, controls, and compliance. + Excellent project management skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Treasury IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
