Major/Essential Functions

  • Review, practice, and present a variety of training programs, including team-building sessions, departmental trainings, and conference presentations (Leading from the Frontline). Crosstrain on all leadership courses and the Customer Service portion of New Employee Orientation.
  • Communicate with employees and departmental leaders to support organizational needs by developing and maintaining campus-wide professional relationships.
  • Design and deliver training presentations (“Coffee Breaks,” series classes, etc.) using established content development strategies.
  • Ensure all training materials (existing and new) meet university accessibility standards and remain up to date.
  • Assist with Human Resources events, including Length of Service, Distinguished Staff Awards, Leading from the Frontline Conference, etc.
