As a Senior Title Examiner, you will support nationwide real estate transactions by researching public records and examining property titles to determine their legal status.
Required skills include 2-3 years of experience in the title industry, especially on the commercial side, reviewing title commitments, entity documents, and recording updates. A high school diploma is necessary.
Desired skills include familiarity with AIM+ (proprietary software), DataTrace, and DataTree.
