Qualifications include a degree in Materials Science, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics, with expertise in thin film coatings, deposition technologies, vacuum equipment, photolithography, coating metrology, CAD tooling design, and data analysis (Python, Matlab, Excel VBA).
Desired skills encompass cross-disciplinary manufacturing experience, semiconductor photolithography, process control techniques, project management, and effective communication.
