Overview
ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Test Technician to join our Electrical Power Services team in Tempe, Arizona. This senior-level position is responsible for performing advanced inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and project leadership activities on electrical power distribution equipment across commercial, industrial, utility, semiconductor, data center, government, military, and mission-critical facilities.
The Senior Technician is expected to work independently, lead testing crews, manage field execution activities, and serve as a technical resource for customers and junior technicians. Candidates should possess NETA Level III certification or equivalent experience and demonstrate strong expertise in electrical power systems, protective relaying, substation testing, and commissioning practices. This role provides a pathway toward Lead Technician, Commissioning Manager, Project Manager, and other technical leadership positions. Position Summary Pay: $60-$75.00 hourly. The pay listed is the hourly rate range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
