The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver white-glove technical support to executive staff and visitors while driving the development, administration, and adoption of internal business solutions at both a strategic and tactical level. This includes expert-level support of macOS and Windows in a mixed enterprise environment, encompassing OS deployment and imaging, advanced system-level troubleshooting, user profile remediation, and end-to-end hardware lifecycle management, alongside administration of core cloud platforms including Microsoft 365 (with an emphasis on Microsoft Teams \ Teams Rooms) and Microsoft Entra ID. Additionally, this person will be accountable for laptop reimaging and employee device distribution.
This role requires a polished, analytical professional with strong technical judgment, a high degree of ownership, and the ability to translate complex technology into reliable, seamless experiences for senior leadership. Working directly with the Director of Technology, this position balances hands-on technical execution with strategic project ownership. Beyond maintaining ticketing and asset management systems, the role is responsible for evaluating and implementing new technologies through cost-benefit analysis including cloud and automation capabilities, producing clear instructional materials, and driving user adoption across the organization.
