    Required Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Required)

    Preferred Certification

    • PMP (Project Management Professional)

    Required Experience

    • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, enterprise technology programs within financial services organizations (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or similar).
    • 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience utilizing SAFe Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies.
    • Proven experience working within PMO governance, IT controls, regulatory compliance, risk management, and PMI project standards.
    • Hands-on experience delivering technology initiatives supporting Wealth Management, Trust, Global Family Office, or Private Client platforms.
    • Strong experience managing third-party vendors, Statements of Work (SOWs), and executive stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated success managing programs from initiation through production support, including budgeting, planning, resource management, risk mitigation, governance, and project closure.

    Required Skills

    • Extensive experience leading enterprise technology programs with significant scope, complexity, and business impact.
    • Strong expertise in Program and Project Management using SAFe Agile methodologies.
    • Thorough understanding of PMI standards, SDLC, IT controls, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Advanced proficiency with:
      • Microsoft Excel
      • Microsoft Project
      • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to simplify complex technical challenges.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working for large Financial Services organizations.
    • Consulting background preferred.
    • Experience supporting Wealth Management or Global Family Office technology initiatives.

    Position Overview

    The Senior Technology Program Manager will provide PMO leadership and program management support for strategic initiatives within the Global Family Office Technology Program. This individual will lead cross-functional technology teams and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining compliance with corporate governance, regulatory standards, risk controls, and SDLC processes.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead cross-functional technology teams to successfully deliver complex enterprise programs.
    • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and overall program execution.
    • Ensure adherence to organizational PMO standards, PMI methodologies, IT controls, regulatory requirements, and SDLC processes.
    • Build, organize, and manage high-performing project teams with appropriate technical and functional expertise.
    • Establish and maintain effective project governance, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and resource assignments.
    • Foster a proactive "no surprises" project culture through continuous communication and transparency.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring timely resolution.
    • Escalate critical decisions, roadblocks, and resource constraints to executive leadership when necessary.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations through consistent communication and reporting.
    • Oversee requirements management, including traceability and change control, in accordance with organizational standards.
    • Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
    • Execute project communication plans and provide regular status updates on scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to effectively plan and manage project resources.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
    • Ensure vendor deliverables and Statements of Work (SOWs) are executed according to contractual obligations.
    • Manage project closure activities, including lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, financial closeout, and transition to production support and operations.
