Description
Lead the delivery of a large-scale Sales Enablement & Content Management platform.
Empower financial advisors with timely, relevant, and compliant content across channels.
Act as a strategic leader with deep delivery expertise and exceptional communication skills.
Influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a transformative platform for financial advisors.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities.
Translate business vision into actionable technology roadmaps.
Facilitate executive engagement and governance.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
Foster a culture of excellence in communication and delivery execution.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in technology delivery or program management.
Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale platforms.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Experience with regulatory and compliance considerations in content workflows.
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
