Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst (Talent Acquisition) who combines deep system expertise with a passion for service, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem ensuring our tools are innovative, seamless, scalable, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional care through exceptional people.

Key Responsibilities

Workday & Talent Acquisition Systems

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition modules

  • Lead configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Workday systems

  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements

System Design & Process Optimization

  • Recommend and implement best-practice system designs

  • Design, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes

  • Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and optimal system performance

End-to-End Talent Acquisition Support

  • Manage full lifecycle Workday TA processes from candidate engagement through hire

  • Configure, test, validate, and deploy system enhancements

  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with HR, IT, TA leaders, and cross-functional teams

  • Gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Documentation & Training

  • Document configurations, processes, and standards for audit readiness

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to HR and TA teams

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in Workday implementations, upgrades, and release cycles

  • Stay current with Workday features and recommend impactful enhancements

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in:

    • Management Information Systems

    • Computer Science

    • Human Resources

    • Business or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
