Senior Technician Data Center Operations Support
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Center Data Center Operations Support Technician to provide site-based technical and operational support within high-availability data center environments.
This role is responsible for maintaining system stability, supporting infrastructure operations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting critical IT systems. The Senior Data Center Operations Support Technician plans and executes complex tasks without supervision and provides direction and support for subordinate Data Center Operations Support Technicians.
This role may serve as a site leader, responsible for all matters concerning data center operations at the assigned site(s).
The ideal candidate will bring experience across hardware, systems monitoring, and data center operations, with a strong focus on reliability, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Work Experience
Associate degree or technical certification in IT, computer science, data center operations, or a related field.
Technical certifications
CompTIA (A+, Network+, Server+).
CCNA.
Experience supporting multiple systems or platforms (e.g., servers, network devices, storage systems)
Familiarity with data center infrastructure performance standards and safety practices.
Structured data cabling.
Advanced IT Service Management knowledge.
