Job Title/Role Name             Pricing / Modeling Analyst (GLM/Insurance)

Mode of hire:                         6 months C2H (consent required)

Mandatory skills:
•                5-8 years of experience
•                Strong knowledge of insurance pricing and underwriting
•                Experience in refresh models and with GLM models
•                Strong experience in Python
•                Ability to bridge business and technical teams

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

•                Support development and validation of pricing models (GLM)
•                Translate business pricing requirements into data and system needs
•                Collaborate with data and engineering teams
•                Support integration of pricing models into platforms like Earnix
•                Assist in monitoring pricing performance and outcomes

Required Qualifications:
•                Strong knowledge of insurance pricing and underwriting
•                Experience in refresh models and with GLM models
•                Strong experience in Python
•                Ability to bridge business and technical teams
