Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in solution engineering.
3 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
3 years of experience writing code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Space, CX Insights).

As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant you are a technical lead and consultant responsible for architecting and leading the deployment of Agentic AI for Google's most complex and global customers. You will operate as a bridge between product, developing, and executive customer stakeholders, not only translating business friction into reasoning-based AI solutions but also defining the standards for how these solutions are delivered at scale. You are expected to lead 0-to-1 engagements, mentor junior developers, and drive the architectural goal for resilient, autonomous AI infrastructure.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Canada: $170000 - $175000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
