In this role, you will partner with leadership, especially the CTO, to source, engage, and onboard top talent using creative strategies and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruiting processes, building strong talent pipelines, optimizing workflows, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements include 8+ years of recruiting experience in dynamic environments, expertise in technical hiring, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools.
