Responsible for conducting complex and thorough research of existing technical processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals/intent of the assigned products. Work with Product Manager and SMEs to prioritize feature development based on the business value. Elicit and create initial epics/features and elaborate into user stories that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements. Deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, and mockups/demos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams inside a Scrum framework. Conduct work sessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies. Perform testing, track bugs, enhancements and ensure issues are resolved before promoting to production environments. Use data and analysis to convey solution impact and support process driven solutions. Develop business logic and critical metrics for incorporation into decision support models and tools. Construct problem statements including problem description and improvement measures. Drill down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause, logically structure recommendations, and support data to formulate a solid, logical, and understandable business case. Contribute to technical project planning and effort estimation within scope and support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches. Interface with business unit leaders to develop and maintain internal customer relationships. Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days a week. Less than 10% domestic travel required.
